My Values

I've learned in my life that HOW I do things matters as much as WHAT I do. 

That's where VALUES come in.

Often - what takes centre stage in politics is what a leader says about WHAT they are going to do.   That's important.  That's called a platform.   

It's important people know WHAT the GOALS are and why.

HOW one approaches the task of working towards the GOALS - that's where the importance of VALUES come in.   

​

They address the HOW - the process, the approach, the manner in which you commit yourself to in the execution towards the goal.

The HOW matters - VALUES matter. 

Often these are missed upfront.   

You deserve to know UPFRONT what mine are, rather than after the fact.
