I've learned in my life that HOW I do things matters as much as WHAT I do.

That's where VALUES come in.

Often - what takes centre stage in politics is what a leader says about WHAT they are going to do. That's important. That's called a platform.

It's important people know WHAT the GOALS are and why.

HOW one approaches the task of working towards the GOALS - that's where the importance of VALUES come in.

They address the HOW, the process, the approach, the manner in which you commit yourself to in the execution towards the goal.

The HOW matters; VALUES matter.

Often these are missed upfront.

You deserve to know UPFRONT what mine are, rather than after the fact.
